   I'll assume you've already explored every option, but given the pain you report with your cluster headaches I thought I'd mention something I'd stumbled on. I noticed on the wiki page that some have reported that low levels of hallucinogens, including LSA, help quite a bit. I don't know if LSA bearing seeds are controlled in Wales--they're not in the US--but LSA is extremely easy to refine.
